Framez Photography ("Framez", "we", "us") offers event photography and after movie services in Sri Lanka. This page explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

We only collect information you choose to give us, through:

• Forms on our Facebook and Instagram ads (Meta Instant Forms)
• The booking form on our website, framez.lk
• WhatsApp, phone calls, email or social media messages

This can include your name, phone number, email address, company or organisation name, event type, event date, event location and the services you need.

2. How we use your information

• To contact you about your enquiry or booking
• To send you a quotation and check our available dates
• To plan and cover your event
• To deliver your photos and videos
• To send you occasional offers from Framez (you can ask us to stop at any time)

3. Sharing your information

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone. We only use trusted services needed to run our business, such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), WhatsApp, Google (Drive and email) and our website host. These services handle data under their own privacy policies.

4. Event photos and videos

Photos and videos from your event are shared with you through our website albums, which can be password-protected. With your permission, we may show selected photos or clips in our portfolio and on our social media. If you want any photo or video removed, contact us and we will take it down.

5. How long we keep your information

We keep your contact details only as long as needed to handle your enquiry, booking and delivery, and for our normal business records. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

6. Keeping your information safe

We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss, misuse or unauthorised access. Only Framez has access to your details.
